Hi everyone.
I am mostly new to electronics and I have a question on Mosfet specifications. I was looking at a N channel Mosfet logic switch and ran into this confusing (to me) specification. It listed the DSon (Drain-Source on-state-resistance) as 148 Mohms with Vgs=5V; Id = 5A
MY question is how can this Mosfet pass 5A through the Drain-Source circuit with the resistance being 148MOhms?
Anyone?
Thanks
