I am looking for P channel MOSFET,100-150mA.
I want to use it as a switch (attached a picture):
Gate - from Microcontroller(3.3V)
Sourese- 3.3V power_in
Dreain - 3.3V power out.

Please recommended to me about part number to use ( package = sot 23 )

The Continuous Drain Currentis 2.2A, I am looking for Continuous Drain Current=150mA.

the maximum power is no problem as long as its higher than what is necessary, the circuit will not get more power from a higher rated mosfet, the current is dertermined by the load.

Yes you can can use it.
Also don't forget to add pull-up resistor between source and gate.

 

Do you mean to put resistor 4.7K between source and gate?
