Hey guys,
i'm trying to analyze a circuit which looks alot like a CMOS inverter, however, the NMOS and PMOS transistors are switched ( NMOS drain ocnnected to +2.5v , PMOS source connected to -2.5v)
My question is, if i have an input of 0 volts, how can i figure out what regions Qn and Qp are operating at ? I need the value of the output at the drain for both devices in order to know which regions... but i don't know how to figure it out ( there is a resistor connected in shunt to ground at the output Vout). We can assume that both transistors are matched.
I hope my question is clear.
Thanks guys
