Can anyone tell what the difference is between the Freewheeling CAL diode and the inverse diode in a power MOSFET?

I know there is an integrated diode between the source and drain which is used to clamp inductive spikes during switching. Is one of the mentioned diodes this diode? (and if so what is the other?)
