here's an example circuit for fixed and self biased flip flop circuit using discrete transistors.

 

hi ervery one . i hope to design & apply transistors circuits to get a very high speed pulse ( about few nanosecond ) to drive a laser diode.
i reached about 30 nanosecond .but that do not satisfy to me

 

You may have a hard time doing that directly. But you may be able to generate a pulse train and split a portion through an additional gate so the delay can be AND'ed with the original train to produce a 1 ns overlap. Then you can try to amplify it and keep the pulse width.
