Momentary SPST activating 2 isolated signals using relay

I have a specific switch I must use for a project, a momentary SPST, but need to use it to trigger two physically isolated signals. Essentially, one signal triggers a timed lighting sequence, and the other triggers an audio signal. I've tried using a switch with a common connection, but it didn't work for me. I am pretty sure I can just use a DPST or DPDT relay, but I'm not 100% sure how to wire the thing up. I'm not sure about my voltages and current, but they will be relatively low, given this setup will be a trigger feeding an Arduino.

Any help or suggestion will be greatly appreciated. I think this is a simpler and cheaper solution then trying to find very small DPST or DPDT momentary pushbutton.
