If a project is divided into a modules.

Then how programmer can come known that how much memory is used by other programmer and how much is left for him .

Is anyone in control of the project? Some sort of lead programmer or manager? That is the person who should be tracking memory usage and assigning how much each module can use.

Then whomever gets to press the BUILD button gets a read on the actual memory usage.
