I have to model a k596 jfet on microcap (same as spice, and spice model works). Can somebody help me ? There is a long list of jfet model but not that one....
In software, there is a model program, but those curves to enter : id vs Vgs, Gos vs Id, Crss vs Vgs, Ciss vs Vgs, and En vs Freq.
I would like to neasure thoses curves... but I don't really know how to do it... Must the jfet be powered while measuring ?
