I am looking for "1.8 inch or 2.2 inch" mobile LCD display with RGB interface. Can anyone help me in this.

RGB can mean a lot of things. CGA, EGA, VGA, .... I assume you mean a 15 pin analog VGA?

The Nokia LCD's that hit the surplus market are pretty cool.

They have a newer one for 15 dollars and a Nokia knock off for 20. There are so many make sure your device can talk to it.
