    Hey everyone:)
I'm currently working on a project, that uses powerlines for mobile communication, say to provide uninterrupted mobile strength in vehicles

    is it possible?:)

Power-lines have been used for communication in a limited way, but the capacity is limited, and such systems are subject to interference. The mobile systems we use today operate at high frequencies which will not propagate well on power cables, so my guess would be that what you are trying to do would not work.

If you could describe what you are doing in more detail, perhaps somebody could help you further.

An RF carrier on power lines will have to be in broadcast band or lower. This can work over a short distance. A mile or so. Digital technique would probably be more successful.
