It looks neat but not my speed. I need a good game to play thats like an open ended GTA, RPG, FPS like game. Name some good new games I should look at. My specs are fine to run anything. I like all of the above. Also love online gaming. Currently all I do is iracing and I haven't done that in a while cause it requires a whole setup with wheel, pedals, mic, etc.. No good COD's that I know of and never was a BF guy.

I think GTA V should be out pretty soon (for working person standards).
That would work GTA's always good for a lil mafia gangsta fun! I just love open ended games that run on a largescale map with weather patterns. Hopefully this doesn't go too far off topic but who do you think will pick up MS's slack on their flight sim lines? Since their not making flight sims do you think they've maxed out the software for 5-10 years and modders and modelers can handle the support? Or are the really quiting the flight sim game and someone else supposed to take it over like Xplane or some other one?

That's a good question. MS's last flight simulator (I think it was called Flight) was a big failure and no-one rose up in its place.

The big trend is now WW2 dogfight games. There are a few and we 'll see a few of them get released in 2013.

But who's gonna take over the proper flight sims that actual pilots use to train? Do you think they've made it good enough to not mess with it for a good while. There reaches a point where they just gotta wait for hardware to catch up. And while systems go from single core 2ghz to octacore running at 3ghz may be there just gonna wait 5 or so years for the low end machines to die out.

Minecraft? What's that?

Haha, just kidding. I've heard of it, never played it though. Looks utterly pointless in my opinion. Then again, I've never really been one for gaming. I've played a few. I got hooked on Fallout once, but I haven't played it in quite a while.

What exactly is it that makes minecraft so addictive? To me it just looks like a load of nothing with really bad graphics.... :p:D

Well, to be honest, FSX was pretty harsh to any regular machine.
Right thats what I mean, anytime a new MS flight sim would get release only the top 30% of machines could even run it. I wonder if they have it so well done they figure they gotta wait for peoples hardware to catch up.
