I recently pulled my EasyPic6 development board off of the shelf do get back into some uC programming. After turning the board on (with no PIC installed) the RB0 LED is constantly illuminated. I can program this pin as a digital output pin and get the LED to turn off. However with it programmed as an input pin, or just there with no PIC loaded it stays illuminated. Seems like something is shorted pulling this HIGH. Anyone seen this before? Any ideas?

Do you have the PORTB pullup resistors switched ON?

Do you have any peripherals selected?
