i want bellowed ic
input-5v(out put of microcontroller)
output-12v and 1Amp
-------------------------
working:
1-- if input=0v then output=0v
2-- if input=5v(some mA) then output=12v at 1Amp
like this ,may have two or more channel(low cost)
But there are two chances
1--LM324(but have low currnt o/p)
2--L293D(High cost)
so this two not possible, please sugest any othr IC to me......
