Hi,

I am working on some experiment to create/analyze a micro pump to deliver fluid
I would like the fluid to deliver from a tank to the outer which is for the example, water.
I need this pump to be in the micron size and low-power consumption
Can you please advice for :
a purchasing product (if there is)
a circuit I can go over and see how to change the frequency, voltage etc...
More than that, I would like to know which materials I need to create this circuit.

Thanks in advance,
Sagi

Hello,

What are the requirements?
What range should the flow be?

I think you will end up with some laboratory equipment.

Hello,

What kind of liquids do you want to pump?
What amount of liquid is to be pumped?
Is it nl/min or μl/min or ml/min or l/min.

Greetings,

Hi,

I need to pump oxybutynin dissolved in water.
The amount is 2mg per 24 hours in frequency of 1/min means 1.4e-3mg per minute.

Thanks,

Hello,

You say the substance is dissolved in water.
How many of the substance is there in a liter of water?
How many of the liquid should be pumped?

Greetings,

Hi,
In a liter of water there is 1000mg of substrate (solubility 1mg/ml)
The total pump should be 360ml in 6months (1 pump per minute with 1.4e-3ml per minute, 2ml a day)

Thanks,
Sagi

Hi,

Thanks for the application you propose, there is any circuit that build with the piezoelectric actuator with equation I can look at and add my variables ?

Thanks,
