What is the aprox. size of the inductors on those 34063 based USB car chargers. They seem to be tiny.

MC34063A Datasheet States 170uH to 220uH, they even have this extra info in the datasheet:

Step–Up 170 38 Turns of #22 AWG
Step–Down 220uH 48 Turns of #22 AWG
Voltage–Inverting 88 28 Turns of #22 AWG
All inductors are wound on Magnetics Inc. 55117 toroidal core.

 

I have a bag of 220uh coils. Just was wondering what those tiny coils would be.
