are you referring to the equipment where that chip is used? if so chances are that chip is especially designed for their product. the only datasheet you can get is from them only.

 

I guess this is a very old chip.
I can still browse it on the web but no data sheets.
Even in the Futjitsu web site there's no data sheets for it

as i have said, that item could probably be made especially for Fujitsu by other chip manufacturers. if Fujitsu is safe guarding the repair of their consumer product, meaning you can't have it repaired except from them, then they won't maintain a datasheet in their website for all to see. i have seen a lot of those kind of chips. lucky you are if you can just buy it from them or from thier authorized repair center, but usually they won't so you are force to have it repaired thru them. that's business :lol:
