MAX30003 issues getting data

Hello there,

I am having issues getting data from the MAX30003 without a lot of noise, with values going up to 220BPM and 20BPM in the rtor.
Does anyone have any suggestions of firmware alterations for registers or changes in the hardware that could be made.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
