Does anyone know what the maximum file size or amount of points that LTSpice can handle is? I'm looking to send a large amount of data through a simulation and it seems to be struggling. It kind of just sits there and doesn't run the trans analysis. Any help would be appreciated.

Besides LTSpice being a 32-bit application, there's no set limit that I know of. The more data you feed it, the more thrashing it'll have to do.

You'd be better off to feed it a good bit fewer points.

Since you didn't care to share your .asc file nor your .csv file, there's not much else to suggest. If you want some more feedback, post them as attachments; you'll probably have to rename the .csv file to have a .txt extension.
