i am using MATLAB-SIMULINK(SIM POWER SYSTEMS-POWER ELECTRONICS) to simulate the converters(using diodes) and high frequency inverters (using igbts).
1.how to implement the igbt (600A,1200V) in the circuit?
2.while paralleling of 2 igbts the emitter terminals are not getting connected...why?
please help me ,how to proceed this ....
and if possible could you please tell me that can i get the training for MATLAB in India...or from any experienced people...
please do the needful..
