Can/May someone here please recommend me a program which draws simple (and complex, too) mathematical figures like circle, square, triangle, etc. and gives me the ability to label it (x unit, etc)?

The figures you see most in books is what I want. I want simple and neat as much as possible.

MSPaint. Free with Windows. Can draw simple or complex shapes. Check out Bill Marsden's PaintCAD for examples of the latter.
