hey guys.i'm building a counter that will count from 0 to 59.i would appreciate it if anyone can aid me with the schematic.thanks for anticipated cooperation.

Is this an assignment? Do you want to use IC's, or discrete components? How fast must it count, and what is the source of the signal to be counted?
