I want to ask if what are the components of main switch? is it possible to make your own simple main switch?is there available schematic diagram for this?thanks and more power!

I go to my local hardware store and buy a circuit breaker or something called a knife switch.

 

Circuit breakers and fuses are safety devices; they need to be carefully engineered and thoroughly tested under laboratory conditions to ensure their proper and safe functioning.
If improperly designed/constructed, a fire and/or plasma fireball may result, the latter being extremely dangerous.
