"when a ferromagnetic substance is brought near a magnet its magnetic strength decreases"

 

'its' is refering to ??

the ferromagnetic substance?, or the magnet?

 

Bringing ferromagnetic
material close to the semiconductor-magnet device would decrease the strength of the magnetic field?
