I'm attempting to achieve a lock upon a 10Hz carrier being modulated either QPSK or BPSK. I've got some idea where to start, but due to my inexperience with feedback loops, anything I've been able to MacGyver together on a breadboard has either had a lock time of a good couple minutes, or has oscillated like crazy... I'm just not used to playing around at these ridiculous frequencies!
Can anyone give me suggestions as to what mixer/filter combination I might look at using to get a timely lock? Somewhere in the 5~10 symbol range would be nice.
