Sorry for disturb. The technologies that i use is 0.13μm CMOS in my thesis. The software that i am using now is virtuoso cadence. Now i am require to build a prototype circuit. And from the circuit that i have now is from an IEEE forum which title
"Design of Low-Voltage Low-Dropout Regulator with
Wide-Band High-PSR Characteristic"
by Liang-Guo Shen, Zu-Shu Yan*, Xing Zhang, Member, IEEE, Yuan-Fu Zhao*, Senior Member, IEEE, and Tie-Jun Lu*
Institute of Microelectronics, Peking University, Shenzhen Graduate School, China

http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/stamp/stamp.jsp?tp=&arnumber=4098532

The journal that i upload and attach to is the patent that i refer to.

I am facing problem in start to set a current source with 4μA which pass through the M0,M10 and M20. I am curious how is the width, length and gate voltage that i should put. An which configuration that will help me in getting the current.

Thanks for help.
