i am looking for ready-made battery powered devices.

1. small strobe that can work or be made to work in a pool.
2. small LED light that can work under water.

i am helping out with some lighting for a upcoming party and need to add some pizazz to a water fountain and pool.

anyone know of surplus or electronic sites that may carry something like this?
