The seller only has one star. No references for the equipment given. Not a brand name. Buyer pays $48 each time it has to go back. Looks like a good deal, but I would request references on the seller and the equipment.
The color of the star indicates how many feedback points a seller has. A seller gets +1 point for each positive rating, 0 points for each neutral rating, and -1 point for each negative rating. Multiple stars are not awarded, AFAIK.

It is helpful to read some of the buyers' comments. If you click on the number in front of the star, you are taken to the seller's feedback profile, where you can read comments from buyers, and see detailed ratings, which do have multiple stars.
