I am new here and am looking for someone to help me deisgn some HW using microcontroller either ATMEGA or PIC. The person(s) should also know how to program the devuice and have the tools i.e. Orcad, Eagle, etc. Preferably someone withing driving distance of Toronto - 2 - 3 hours is fine.
