Im looking for a P-Channel Enhancement FET that is low current (for use in op amp circuits) ,25-30 Volts D_S.
Would like a through hole type but no luck .
Can any body help me ..

This is the lowest voltage device I could easily find--looks like Diodes Inc has a monopoly on this stuff.

I, myself, generally use an analog switch for such apps unless it is applied as a variable resistor.

 

The FDP4020P has a very low threshold voltage, and is rated for Rds(on)@ Vds=-2.5v.
It's in a TO-220 package though.
