Any ideas where to buy an assembled PWM controller, 0-10v, adjustable frequency and pulse width, 10amps max would be fine.

There are many kit offerings in the web, from Velleman, Ramsey, etc, which sell DC-motor controllers. Google those.
These will satisfy most of your requirements, except the frequency which tends to be fixed; but if you find a suitable kit and post its schematic, people here will tell you how to hack it to change its frequency.

Hi Gerty, that'd work well except for 1 thing, the fixed 100hz frequency, I'd need that to be about 312hz ... is that possible or have you modified that? Thanks!
