Scroll about 1/4 to 1/3 of the way down--it provides some info, but is not a datasheet.

From what I see on line for this chip it is a Panasonic IC. But the logo on the chip does match a panasonic logo. I cannot seem to find that IC logo on line.

For what it's worth you can buy the identical chip on ebay.
