Looking for a coder

Hi all,

I am looking for an experienced code who can work with these

I need to join two of these boards together due to the amount of inputs and outputs needed.

The system will have a gsm controller on it and everything will be controlled by phone

Does anyone have any ideas of companies or individuals I can aproach to do this for me?
