there is never SIMPLE what frequency, gain, polarity, power available, just to name a few. but here try this LM741 signal >10k pint 2 100k from pin 2 to pin 5 the gain is A=10 on pin 3 put a 9.1k to gnd that will get somewhere. THIS END UP IN THE WRONG PLACE SORRY.
