I want the counter to start with no LED lite (0) and when I start to press the up button, I want the led to lite one by one till LED 10 and to stay at led 10 if I am still pressing up button! I don't want the counter to loop to 0 when I continue to press the up button and same when I count down I want the last led to be 0 no led lite and not to loop from 0 to led number 10 when down button is pressed. Please see the circuit screenshoot and please help me to connect LED number 10 and to stay at number 10 if up button is pressed. So, basically counter from 0 to 10 with no loop.
