Used the oscilloscope (an USB oscilloscope) to process FFT. In fact, the oscilloscope showed only those frequencies in the user interface, but the exported text files presented 0, 25, 50, 75, 100... and so on up to 12,000 or plus. I removed some of those values when copied the data here. Anyway, I changed the sensor for one of other brand and noise went down, and the signal is far stranger than the other. So I left the original butterwoth high-pass and low-pass, and the pre and the amplifications stages. It works much better now. I'm building the prototype circuit which includes a frequency counter. I will let you know how it works.

Thanks to everyone here for your help!

Yes, Electrocomponentes sells E96 resistors from 100 pieces of each value (minimum). About the OPA134, they import it if I buy at least 120 USD. Anyway, the NE5532 did a good job so far.
