I will start to buy linear CCD(s) once I get an oscilloscope, but unfortunatelly I cannot afford it right now (I spend a lot of money latelly), I need to save some money first.

I want to get a better one than that, I want more bandwidth, like 200MHz (or more)

I want to be able to measure/monitor 100MHz input, from what I know if you want to measure a 100Mhz input, you need at least double bandwidth, right ?

I cannot find a digital oscilloscope that has 200MHz (or more) bandwidth, do you know any ?

I think in about 3 months I will be able to get one, until then I'll keep looking...

Why don't you get a cheap CCD array and micro and just play around with it? It is not rocket science - I worked with a college sophomore recently to get an Atmel to read a CCD array without much difficulty. You master the basics and all you have to do is speed it up, maybe get a new CCD, etc, but you will have the confidence to make it work.
