Hello, I was wondering if someone could look at my circuit

    One question i have is.

    The 4 Blue LED's I'm wanting to use are 3.17v 20ma
just want to make sure i don't blow them with too much current.

    Circuit Current Version
    11.0V 17 ma to the LED's

Yup, those are going to burn. A couple of 330 ohm resistors should fix it.

wouldn't it be more appropriate to use 470 to 680 instead of 330 at 11V.?

    I just used this:
    http://led.linear1.org/led.wiz
    with 11V and 17ma and Vf of 3.17 that's what I get.
470 or 680 would give a safety margin, but LEDs would be dimmer.
