LEDs are working with 2-3VDC voltage.
(from 230 VAC)
Use half wave rectifier with one diode in series IN4007.
Use one high value Res 200k to 500k ohm series,
Use one smoothing cap parllel with LED.1mf 50v

U need vary current than vary Res
