Hope someone can help.

I have recently purchase s an RGB dance floor but 4 of the panels lights are not working properly.

Anyone know someone in Newcastle or Tyne and Wear area who knows about LED circuits. I have replacement LED's but need someone to replace them in the panels

A DIY floor?
How hard can it really be.
Unplug old..plug new in.
Soldering?
