I work in a automotive shop so i have decent DC voltage knowledge but im not sure what i could use to make a circuit for the project i have.

basic layout:
4 LED rings that run off of 12v, 2 on each side around the headlights
i would like to have 3 separate power sources.
1. a switched 12v source
2. a 12v source from my interior lights
3. one from the blinkers on each side separate so they function as blinkers

i was planning on running the grounds straight to the chassis, then just run power into the lights, the blinker 12v+ wire is right next to the rings, the interior lights can be run off a 12v+ from inside, i was planning on using a relay and switching the ground for the switched 12v source
