PLease can anybody help me out making a custom pc, i want to design red LED breating lights for my pc. I've googled a lot but very confused. Some one is using 555 timer, while others are using some microcontrollers... Please help...

Not a good circuit. There is a very good chance the magic smoke will escape from every component.

Chapter 12 in the link I showed you has a large current LED driver.

Is the work you are looking for "beating"?
