For the instructions ADD and LDR write the operations that occur in each phase of
the instruction cycle.

This is a general purpose instruction set and mentioned as LC2 or LC3 programming some what similar to 8085.

Sorry, I'm totally ignorant of 8085-type processors. You probably don't need guesses.
