From my personal experience Samsung support is very good. My monitor had some dead pixels that were annoying me... I contacted them and they organised for a replacement to be sent within 24 hours by courier. I simply took my monitor off it's stand, took the one out of the box from the delivery guy and placed the one with dead pixels back in the box. Absolutely free of charge and brand new monitor in less than 24 hours for one quick phone call :)
