As said above capacity. 4400mah vs 8000mah, in the most simple terms the voltage would equal the diameter of your glass and mah would = how deep your glass is. I know the EE's in the house are going to say this is wrong and go into and overly complicated explaination of Voltage, capacity, etc... But for buying a laptop battery the above analogy works.
