KODEN MD300 heating up problem

Hello,
I hav got a Koden MD300 . Is works fine until after turning it on on another occasion (6mds later) the rings didn't appear after the normal heating up period of 150 sec. Also another time the rings were flickering on the CRT screen. The radar is from 1988. Any idea's?:confused:
