I cannot seem to wrap my head around trying to find the values of the following resistors in the circuit I have attached! I have done all of the workbook examples, and it just does not want to sink in....
R2,R3,R4,R5.

Where is connect the second end of the R5 resistor?

 

If you look at the attached circuit diagram R5 is connect to the + side of 75 volt supply and the other end is connected to a voltage divider.

 

I redraw the diagram for you, now you should be able to finish your task.
