BobTPH Joined Jun 5, 2013 5,205 Mar 1, 2022 #2 If the programming pins were not correct, you would never get it programmed in the first place. Explain what you mean by the program getting deleted. I have been programming PICs for 20 years and have never heard if a program getting deleted. If your program writes to program memory, it might be getting corrupted, but that is not likely to happen by accident. Bob

ErnieM Joined Apr 24, 2011 8,308 Mar 2, 2022 #4 While I believe there is a bulk erase programming command it is an exactingly specific sequence of pulses, not a level at a pin. Your schematic is unreadable and is useless as a troubleshooting aid. Post something clearer.
