I've been looking for some datasheet for a transistor with a little window on the top. It is used for a movement detector. The transistor says on the top "KDS" above the little window an "9G" below the window. May you help me to find it?

 

Have anyone found anything?

Hi,
I think you have given us little info on this. You say it is a motion detector, and a transistor. What sort of package is it? Number of connections? What is the brand of the equipment? Can you call them and ask for a detailed component list?

I have found a manufacturer with 'KDS' as name, but it seems that they are in the crystal business. http://www.kds.info/english.html

Thats the closest I can get.
