Never heard of jail breaking.....

 

Jail breaking mostly means getting admin or root access to phones or tabs I think

 

Facial recognition is typically done by software operating on an image (e.g. OpenCV). It only requires getting an image and processing that image.

By getting elevated privileges ("jailbreaking"), the user can tap into what may otherwise be a limited, or restricted, resource.

Seriously, the idea of being ID'd by every Tom, Dick, and crook on the street that has a pair of Google Glasses bothers me. I know that night prowlers sometimes wear hats with IR LEDs on the perimeter to foil night vision cameras. What do we resort to in broad daylight? I see pictures of lots of Asians wearing surgical masks; maybe we all should.

Stroke victims with one side distorted, hair styles that cover one side of the face, high contrast makeup on one side confuse the common algorithms that look for measurement points centered on the face to generate a matching probability. Hats or glasses with IR dazzlers also work but will alert operators about a countermeasure.

Asians actualy do wear masks for hygiene- hiding the face is only secondary if at all.

Jailbreaking eh? Nice new terminology. They are hiding schduff 4 ur own good. Google pwned me ttly w/ backing up all my SD card hi-res photos to online and eating bandwidth a lot on a wireless plan.

As well slowing down the tablet down to an ooze.

After disabling the feature, random crashed increased a big lot.

I agree. The increase in text speak and the resulting decrease in clarity is likely caused by a shortage of melanomin.

I think there's a point there.
