I designed a 30 kV, 1A DC power supply using PSM switching technique using 4 power modules. I interfaced the output voltage to my FPGA using isolation transformer of ratio 1000:1. Then when i switch on my feedback control loop, the FPGA board gets some issue and it gets powered off. The protection diodes in the FPGA board malfunctioned. Do i need to isolate my FPGA board also using some metal casing of board or some EMC filter is required at the AC input powering FPGA board (for removing conducted emission noise). Please suggest any solution.
